Kind words
What owners say
Indeed you are the "Violet Whisperer"! Thank you so much for looking after my fur babies! They are happy girls, no more anxiety for them or me. Thank you Brett!!!
Thank you for taking such good care of my fur children. Violet was so anxious with the previous doggy sitter but you went out of your way to gain her trust and she's climbed out of her shell. Happy to leave them in [your] loving care anytime!
Thank you for taking such great care of my babies
THE BEST in the business!

Questions people ask
What happens at the meet and greet?
We come to your home to meet your pets and go through their routine: feeding, walks, medicine, vet details and any house rules. We also sort out keys, gate remotes and alarm codes. It costs R150 and is a once-off for new clients. To save time, you can fill in our new client form before we arrive.
Do you really look after reptiles and tarantulas?
Yes. Show us the setup at the meet and greet, including heating, lighting, misting and feeding, and we'll stick to it exactly.
What if my pet gets sick while you're away?
We'll contact you straight away and follow the plan we agree on at the meet and greet, including which vet to use. Please leave your vet's details and any medicine instructions with us.
Will I get updates?
Yes. We send photos and messages on WhatsApp so you can see how your babies are doing.
How far do you travel?
We cover all areas in Gauteng. Petrol is charged on the kilometres, so we'll give you the full price before you book.
How do I pay?
We'll go through payment at the meet and greet so everything is clear before your first booking.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for school holidays, long weekends and December, when we fill up fast.
